 He/She must not be emotionally driven.
 He/She must practice fairness in all kind of dealings.
 He/She must be good speaker and should have the capability to motivate
people.

 He/She must be goal oriented.
A leader relies on the team

 A leader must know his/her team’s strength and weakness.


 He/She must have a good rapport with direct supervisor/supervisee.
 He/She must be transparent communicator to the team and company.
 He/She must ensure collaborative culture to increase overall company
efficiency.
 He/She must inspire the team.
A leader must be agile but strict

 A leader should be example of transformation.


 He/She must ensure proper governance in the company.
 He/She must have the capability to take quick decision.
 He/She must not encourage bureaucracy on the other hand must be strict
about company processes.
Innovation & Execution is the key

 A leader must be innovative in nature.


 A leader must be a brilliant executor.
 He/She must continue learning to facilitate innovation.
 He/She must question the status quo.
 A leader must be visionary and futuristic.
A leader must lead a transparent life

 A leader must be a role model for the team.


 A leader should not do anything that tarnish the image of oneself and the
company.
 A leader must not mix his/her personal & professional life.
