Re: Unpaid Loan Balance in the amount of Php178,153.00

Mr. Leonor:

We write in behalf of our client, E&M Lending Corporation concerning your

unpaid Loan Balance of Php178,153.00 and your failure to surrender your collateral in
accordance with the Loan Agreement.

It was brought to our attention that despite repeated demands for payment of
your loan balance and to surrender your collateral on the loan as per the Loan
Agreement, you deliberately refused to pay the loan balance and surrender your
updated ATM as collateral. This act clearly violates the rights of our client and your
sworn creed as a security guard.

In view thereof, please consider this letter as our FORMAL DEMAND upon you
to pay your outstanding balance amounting to ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE PESOS (Php178,153.00) within five (5)
days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we shall be constrained to take necessary
measures, including the filing of civil and/or criminal case/s against you including filing
of an administrative complaint before the PNP-SOSIA for the revocation of your license
as a Security Guard for violation of the Security Guard Creed and Section 2 of the Code
of Ethics for Security Guards which reads:

“2. He shall be honest in thoughts and deeds both in his personal

and official actuations, obeying the laws of the land the regulations
prescribed by his agency and those established by the company he is
supposed to protect”

Deliberate refusal to surrender your ATM and non-payment of your loan is grave
dishonesty, serious disobedience of the law and a clear violation of the Security Guard
Creed and Code of Ethics and an intentional breach of your Agreement with our client.

 Violations of the law and your Security Guard Creed will definitely result to
revocation of security guard license and imprisonment.
