A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE SK PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND

ACTIVITIES FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY TO DECEMBER 2020.

Presented for consideration is the Annual Budget of the Sangguniang Kabataan for Calendar
Year 2020 in the amount of P496,785.60.

WHEREAS, pursuant to general guidelines on Barangay Budgeting that ten percent (10%) of the
total General Fund of the Barangay shall be appropriated and administered by the
Sangguniang Kabataan. The amount shall be spent for the purposes provided under SK
Reform act of 2015 or RA 10742.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Councilor Dianne Maru Flor and duly seconded by SK
Councilor Joe Mhar Vida be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby approved to enact the following Appropriation Ordinance to wit:

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN ORDINANCE NO. 001

Series of 2020

AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY TINAGO,

NAGA CITY FOR CALAENDAR YEAR 2020 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-SIX
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE PESOS ONLY (P 496,785.00) COVERING THE VARIOUS
EXPENDITURES FOR THE OPERATION OF THE BARANGAY FOR THE YEAR 2020, AND APPROPRIATING
THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE.

The appropriation shall take effect on January 1, 2020.
