ADVISORY/GUIDELINES – COVID-19

GUIDELINES FOR RE-EXAM

Dear Students,

The Institute Management has planned schedule for Re Exam in favour of students and also on
concurrence of students &parents. To conduct exam would require due cooperation from the
candidates with the norms and regulation for COVID – 19 & Safety Guidelines for COVID – 19. The
necessary safety measure to maintain proper health protocol will be taken by the authorities &also to
be followed by candidates including strict dress code during timing. The major safety measures include
Pre examination, during examination and post examination.

The Institute will emphasise on the Advisory regarding COVID-19 on the basis of guidelines suggested by
Government Authorities. The examination will be conducted in an offline mode, which makes the need
for safety guidelines necessary. The candidates are advised to go through the exam day instructions &
COVID-19 guidelines.

1. The candidates need to submit a Self –Declaration Form:

a. Self-Declaration Form is a crucial part of COVID – 19 Precautions. The blank form will be
forwarded to students online, same duly signed need to be submitted online or
physically on the first day of exam at entrance.
b. The candidate needs to fill and revert back the details whether they have had flue like
symptoms in the past 14 days.If they have been in contact with anyone who is infected
with COVID- 19in the past 14 days.
c. Students must install Arogyasetu App in their Mobile.
2. Safety Measures in Place of Exam Centre :-
a. Exam centre will be sanitised using a disinfectant spray machine before and after exam
daily.
b. All those deputed on exam duty will be wearing face mask and gloves.
c. Sanitizer bottles will be kept at the entry gate , exam hall & will be refilled from time to
time
d. The Candidates must produce their coll. I.D. Card/I.D. Proof and Admit card(hard
copy/photo) at the security failing which denial of entry in the institute.
e. All the desks and chairs will be thoroughly sanitized/disinfected daily after and before
exam.
f. The washroom will be thoroughly disinfected & the trash bins will be emptied and
disinfected.
g. Notice board will display the COVID-19 Advisory.
h. Marking will be made on the floor to ensure that the candidates maintains the social
distancing while in queue.
i. The security guard at the entrance gate of HAE must wear mask and gloves.
j. The arrangement is made for availability of oxy meter and for measuring body
temperature with non- contact thermometer for all at the entrance of the Institute.

k. The Students will require tokeeptheir Personal Luggage in separate allocated room.
l. All rooms atboys hostel & girls hostel building will be sanitized / disinfected and
appropriate accommodation will be provided to the students.
m. All washrooms at boy’s hostel & girl hostel will be thoroughly disinfected & the trash
bins will be emptied and disinfected.
n. The necessary safety measures are implemented in mess area to ensure cleanliness and
hygiene measures including preparation of safe food

3. Safety Measures to be followed strictly by the candidates : -

a. The Candidate must approach for online admission hall ticket for exam which will be
issued from 1st October 20. (Contact No. Mr. Sanjay - 8251043856/ Mr. Sambhaji

b. The candidates must the dress code, are advised to wear institute’s uniform
c. The candidates must have Mask on face, personal water bottle and a personal small
hand sanitizer.
d. The candidates need to report as per reporting time.
e. The candidates will be allowed to enter after thermal scanning, which will be carried at
the entry gate.
f. They will have to maintain a distance of six feet at all times while waiting in queue
outside the exam centre.
g. The students must ensure physical distancing during at mess and in hostel area.
h. The candidates will not be permitted to carry any communication device like mobile
phone; hand bag, cap, and any stationary items other than admit card & Id proof.

4. Safety Measures to be followed in the exam hall : -

a. The candidates have to display their documents to the staff from a safe distance; the
staff will not touch the document of the candidates during entire process.
b. The candidates have to sanitize their hands before entering the allotted exam room.
c. They will have to sign in front of the invigilator.
d. They will be required to sanitize their hands again after this process.
e. For the benefit of candidates the invigilator will announce the time – In beginning in
half time and at the end of exam
f. The candidates must remain seated and wait for the instructions from the invigilator.
g. During exit, invigilator will allow to leave the examination hall one at a time.
h. The candidates will have to hand over the answer booklet and OMR sheet to the
invigilator on their way out.
