1.The benefits of dancing on out physical an mental health are it improves our body composition, increasing
our muscular strength and endurance, we will have a better balance, it increase our bone density, it
improves our overall strength and density and the perks of dancing in our mental health are it will improve
our social skills, our self-esteem, it can reduce stress, it can increase our pain tolerance and it improves our
problem solving skill.

2. It affects our society in a good thing because it unites the people when someone is dancing in the stage
the crowd will dance to they will have fun and dancing is a traditional thing here in the Philippines every feast
there are dancing competition
