Subject: BID BULLETIN No. 1 (CLARIFICATION)

Please be informed of the clarifications in the “Supply and Delivery of Laptop
and Desktop Computers” to wit:

1. For laptop computers, the screen resolution size must be 1440x900 pixels in
16:9 aspect ratio;

2. For desktop computers, the inclusive keyboards and optical mouse shall be
in USB 2.0 interface, with the mouse at 800dpi;

3. For desktop computers, each must be provided with Automatic Voltage
Regulators (AVR) 500W 220V with at least 2 sockets of 220V out plus 1-
110V out.

These clarifications shall form part of the required compliance to technical
specifications.
