Directs and coordinates of Project Employees ( Engineering, General
Foremen/Foremen of different trades) to ensure that project progresses on
schedule and within prescribed budget; assigns an engineer or personnel- in- charge for shifting schedules when necessary. • Assists the Project Manager in the preparation, monitoring and maintenance of the project construction in accordance to its schedules, plan specifications, and other related activities. • Prepares and provides at least two weeks look ahead site activity schedule based on the schedule provided by the Project Manager. • Reviews and checks plans for any inconsistencies versus on-site implementation and rep[ort to Project Manager for proper evaluation; • Implements action plans to deal with the delays (e.i. bad weather or emergencies at construction site) • Conducts regular site meetings and status report update among employees/ workers to keep track of the progress of project. • Coordinates with the Construction Manager, Architects and designers for any adjustments on plan and specifications suit actual site conditions; maintains current change order logs and expedite cost for said change order. • Inspect and ensures project is compliant with building, occupational health and safety policies quality control standards and other applicable regulations. • Reviews contracts and negotiate revisions, changes in additions to contract agreement with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. • Ensures completion and track all independent testing and inspections as required. • Evaluates performance of all directly reporting project employees in the execution of their duties and responsibilities . • Implements effective strategies on possible cost cost saving measures for the projects
