    PRESS RELEASE
    The Minister of Secondary Education wishes to
    inform the national educational community that in line
    with the barrier measures put in place by the
    Government of the Republic to curb the spread of
    COVID 19, holiday classes are hereby forbidden in all
    Government and Private schools throughout the
    national territory.
    Consequently, any school whose premise is used
    for this purpose shall be penalised according to the
    regulation in force.
    The minister reiterates here that school holidays is
    a period when children must indulge in educative
    recreational activities as well as learn the social and
    cultural values for a better insertion.
