The femoral artery was severely ruptured and in all probability had chances of leading to
hypovolemic shock.
The stomach had normal configuration of 12 inches (30.5 cm) legth and 6 inches (15.2 cm)
width. The pH was 2.7. Stomach had fruit particles.
Conclusion (deceased)
Sample 1- Haemoglobin: 13.5 grams of Hgb per decilitre. (exact match to deceased)
Sample 2- Haemoglobin: 15.4 grams of Hgb per decilitre. (exact match to female patient)
Tyre marks found to match a Toyota Qualis, which is registered on one Mr. Wolly’s name.
WEAPONS SEIZED
Fingerprint sample XH on Knife 2 – Fingerprint was identified as the left-hand fingers of Mr.
Wolly.
