FORENSIC REPORT

SASOON CIVIL HOSPITAL

DECEASED

Examination of the Skull and Brain

There are bruises on the skull. Brain has no injuries.

Examination of the sample of femoral artery (Attached)

The femoral artery was severely ruptured and in all probability had chances of leading to
hypovolemic shock.

Examination of stomach and its contents

The stomach had normal configuration of 12 inches (30.5 cm) legth and 6 inches (15.2 cm)
width. The pH was 2.7. Stomach had fruit particles.

Examination of the Small Intestine

pH 6 in the duodenum. Certain fruit particles in duodenum.

Examination of the 100ml Blood

Haemoglobin: 13.5 grams of Hgb per decilitre

Patient suffered Haemolytic anaemia and Hypovolemic shock leading to death.

Conclusion (deceased)

Death due to Haemolytic anaemia and Hypovolemic shock.


CRIME SCENE

Examination of blood samples (crime scene)

Sample 1- Haemoglobin: 13.5 grams of Hgb per decilitre. (exact match to deceased)

Sample 2- Haemoglobin: 15.4 grams of Hgb per decilitre. (exact match to female patient)

Examination of hair fiber (crime scene) (Attached)

Hair fiber XE was tested as a match to Ms. Merry’s hair.

Examination of fingerprint samples (crime scene) (Attached)

Fingerprint sample XF was identified as the right forefinger of Mr. Ritchi

Examination of Tyre marks (crime scene) (Attached)

Tyre marks found to match a Toyota Qualis, which is registered on one Mr. Wolly’s name.
WEAPONS SEIZED

Examination of fingerprint samples on knives seized (Attached)

Fingerprint sample XG on Knife 1 – multiple fingerprints identified. Fingerprints found


matching the right-hand fingers of Mr. Tommy and Mr. Richi.

Fingerprint sample XH on Knife 2 – Fingerprint was identified as the left-hand fingers of Mr.
Wolly.

Examination of the Gupti

Gupti is sharp-edged at the tip, sword-like. It is around 5 inches in length. No fingerprints


found on the body or tip of the weapon.
