This document outlines the learning competencies for the Practical Research 2 subject in the Senior High School – Applied Track curriculum. The course aims to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through quantitative research. Over the course of 80 hours per semester, students will learn about different types of quantitative research, how to identify an appropriate research topic and problem, review relevant literature, systematically collect and analyze data, and report findings. They will apply these skills by designing and conducting their own quantitative research project on a useful topic of their choosing.
