CONVERSATION
 Where did you go on your last holiday?
 I went to London. It was great!
 How long were you there?
 I was there for 5 days
 Did you visit the British Museum while you were there?
 Yes, I did. It was amazing. All that old stuff!
 Was it your first time in England?
 No, it wasn’t. I was in Manchester a few years ago for a conference.
 What was your favorite thing about London?
 I really liked going to the theatre. London has some wonderful theatres!
 Where did you stay?
 I stayed in a hotel in the center, near Piccadilly Circus.
 How was the hotel?
 It was nice, but a little bit expensive.
 Who did you go with?
 I went with a couple of friends from university
 Were the people friendly?
 No, they weren’t. But sometimes people in big cities can be a bit rude.
 How did you get there?
 We got there by plane, obviously. You can’t drive to London.
 How much was the ticket?
 The ticket cost 150 euros round trip.
 Did you like the food?
 We had some very good Indian and Italian food while we were there. Typical English food is a
little bit boring

MILK PROCESSING PLANT DISTRIOBUTION


First we have the refrigeration tanks in which the milk is received, then there is the pasteurizing
kettle for pasteurization, then we have the cheese tub in which the curd coagulation and cutting is
performed, then there is the press for pressing. And dry salting, in front is the maturing room, to
the right is the fermentation room, then there is the maturing room, finally we have the deposit of
the finished product.
