    ORDER

    During the course of the All India Radio Programme "Mann ki Baat" dated 25th
    June 2017, the Hon'ble Prime Minister had emphasized the need of gifting booksl Khadi
    handkerchiefs in place of floral bouquet.

    2. Accordingly, a blanket ban is imposed in this Ministry on presenting floral bouquet \.


    by any officer I official to anyone including important dignitaries on all occasions
    (including farewell and retirement ceremonies) in all offices of the Ministry including the
    Attached and Subordinate offices.

    3. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
