Recommendations Remarks / Justifications

Mid-day break shall be taken from 12.30pm to 03.00 pm As per Ministerial Decision No. (587) of 2009 and (26) of
v2009 regarding working hours in the Sun

Rest shelter and drinking water shall be provided as
nearest to the work place ,supervisor shall be ensure
workers are getting plenty of water and required rest
Emergency procedures, nearest assembly point, wind
sock and eye wash shower shall be identified and
Familiarize work crew during TBT.
SEOT Rest shelter, drinking water and ablution facility shall
be used by the crew.
To prevent the dehydration and other heat
stress symptoms
This can be make positive response and safe actions
in case of emergency.
Prior approval shall be obtained from SEOT.
