    “WOUND DRESSING IN COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSING”

    During our community health nursing duty I was assign in baranggay


    SAMBAG 2 in Sitio Pailob.It is important to use a holistic approach and
    to understand and manage factors that affect wound healing and
    quality of life.As I am helping a person dress/care for his wound I
    practice good hygiene.Making sure knowing that infection may cause
    something more bigger problem so I am cutting the chain by using
    sterile and clean equipments.I am carefully doing the procedure handle
    each with care by offer effective pain relief and Leave no foreign
    particles in the wound.It was such a great experience to be able to help
    a person and to ease the pain.
