MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered

______________ 2020, in the City of Wuhan, Republic of China, by and between:

LEBRON JAMES, Filipino, single, of legal age and a resident of Wuhan,

Republic of China, hereinafter referred to as the “1ST PARTY”;

KAWHI LEONARD, Filipino, single, of legal age and a resident of Wuhan,

Republic of China, hereinafter referred to as the ”2ND PARTY”;

-and-

JIMMY BUTLER, Filipino, single, of legal age and a resident of Wuhan,

Republic of China, hereinafter referred to as the ”3rd PARTY”.

[Collectively referred to as “PARTIES” and may be served notices to

above addresses via personal delivery, registered mail, or other
acceptable means]

Witnesseth that:

WHEREAS, herein PARTIES are siblings and all are residents of Wuhan, Republic of
China, more specifically on a large house;

WHEREAS, the PARTIES are all suffering from eye illnesses, specifically short-
sightedness, albeit on a different degree and severity;

WHEREAS, the PARTIES have decided replace the 1 st PARTY as the manager of their
finances because of his deteriorating eye sight;

WHEREAS, they have decided to replace 1 st PARTY by someone among them who has
the best and clearest eye sight;

NOW, THEREFORE, for, and in consideration of the above premises, the PARTIES
agreed on the following terms:

I. Obligation of the Parties

1. On the night of the same day, a tablet inscribed with a saying in the
monastery, will be put up above the main doorway of said monastery;

2. The day immediately following the night of putting up the tablet, herein
PARTIES will go all together and put their visions to test;

3. Said test will be in a form of reading test, in a way that whoever can read the
inscription on the tablet to be put up above the main doorway of the monastery
with the least strain will get charge of their finances.

II. Amendments

This agreement or any part or portion hereof shall be amended, modified, or

reversed only through a formal written agreement among the PARTIES hereto citing
specific clause(s) and/or provision(s) to be revised and stating the corresponding
amendments. Provided, however, that said amendment, modification or revision is
communicated to all of the PARTIES herein Twenty-Four (24) Hours before the
execution hereof. Provided further that only when all PARTIES agree to said
amendment, modification or revision may it only take effect.

III. Effectivity of the Agreement

This Memorandum of Agreement shall take effect upon signing by the parties
hereto and shall remain in force unless sooner terminated upon mutual agreement of
the parties.
III. Dispute Resolution and Venue Actions

In case of dispute, the parties will try to settle it amicably before resorting to other
legal remedies. Exclusive jurisdiction over and venue of suits arising from this
Agreement shall be with the proper courts of the City of Wuhan, Republic of China, to
the exclusion of other courts or tribunals.

The Parties herein warrant that they have read and understood this Agreement
and bind themselves to its full and proper execution.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have affixed their respective

signatures this _____ day of ____________, 2020 at Wuhan City, China.

 This instrument consisting of three (3) pages including this page where this
acknowledgment appears refer to a Memorandum of Agreement and has been signed
by the parties and their instrumental witnesses on all pages thereon.
