REFLECTION ON WORK MEASUREMENT

1. The first thing that I have learned is that having many workers or manpower is not necessarily
needed when it comes to the workers productivity and performance to their tasks.
2. Second is conducting a survey or evaluating the company’s production process is a great help to
improve the workers’ productivity
3. Conducting and implementing a production standard rules and regulations in the company’s
production process is a great strategy not only for the benefit of its employees but also for
increasing the productivity rate of the company.
