Crashpad Rental Registration Form

There are 3 Madrock R3 Crashpads available for rental by uOttawa Rock Climbing Club
members. Price: 10$/day/pad, cash, up to 3 full days at a time. A damage deposit of
60$/crashpad is required and will be returned to the renter upon return of the pad(s) in the
same/similar condition as when rented and at the specified date/time. To minimize contact, the
damage deposit must be in a sealed plastic bag. Late fees are 20$/day/pad, initially taken from
the deposit. Pads must be picked up/returned to an executive member’s house (near campus).
Covid-19 protocol
Pads will be disinfected (spray + wipe) by the exec member upon return of the pads. Pads will
then be left for a minimum of 72hrs before the next rental.

Rental terms
● Renter agrees to pay for repairs if gear is damaged;
● Renter agrees to pay late fee (20$/late day) if equipment is not returned on time or
without prior notice;
● Gear will be returned in the same/similar condition as when rented;
● Renter assumes all responsibility of rented gear and risks involved with outdoor activity.
