Tentative Student Times: Cohort A 8:00am-11:00am Cohort B 12:30pm-3:30pm

Tentative Teacher Workday: 7:45am-3:40pm (Lunch 45 min. and Prep. 45 min. between sessions)

Before Session Starts:

Playground is going to be closed.

What is the best way to get students in the building?

Students enter based on classroom location to keep cross contact to a minimum.

What is the best way to get students their breakfast and lunch (AM)/lunch (PM)?

Bus students use one entrance and all other students use the pick-up location that has been used since
the school year started.

During Sessions:

Since there are zero recesses scheduled, teachers need to call the front office if they need to use the
restroom.

Specials will be offered to students opposite of their assigned session utilizing live distance lessons.

After Sessions:

What is the best way to dismiss students out of the building?

Dismissal by assigned doors based on classroom location to keep student contact to a minimum.

Safety Precautions We Need to Follow:

Students and staff need to wear masks at all times.

Students need to maintain three feet of social distancing at all times.

Water fountains are off limits however the bottle filler can still be used. Students need a water bottle or
a bottle of water.

Classroom seating charts need to be developed and adhered to.

Parents will not be allowed to go past the Front Office.
