    Stage I disease
    Seminoma Non-seminoma
    Risk factors for 1. Size > 4 cm 1. LVI (most important)
    relapse: 2. Stromal invasion of rete 2. Embryonal carcinoma >
    testis 50%
    3. Proliferative rate > 70%
    Risk group: High risk: pt have any risk factor
    Low risk: pt have no risk factor
    Rate of No risk: 12%
    relapse: 1 risk: 16%
    2 risk: 32%
