Mr. Muhammad Yousaf from Pakistan. Even he is a Project Manager in big company, he is also
an entrepreneur/businessman in UAE, because he believed your income salary should be rolled
into a profitable capital for investments. So he took FLAT/VILLAS/ROOM rental for the
people/workers whose company didn't provide them free accommodation or the worker's who
don’t like living in sharing rooms. But when pandemic hit worldwide, his businesses also about
to lose and fail. His tenants/renters cannot pay in on time and worst leaving the room unpaid due
to my high rent and looked for cheaper one and shifted another room. Some are leaving country
as they are terminated from their company and repatriated. While interviewing him I didn't see
him being startled in our current situations so I asked him "why seems you didn't feel bothered
sir?" And he just answered me with happy face, I have always a motto, "EVERYTHING
STARTED AS NOTHING" so I returned to basics, I asked my renters what should I do so they
wont leave, and they said "LOWER THE RENT SIR" at first I disagree but later on I think it
deeply and I took risk even its meaning that might I lost everything, but I listened to them. So
here I am still alive and kicking and business doing ok not that good as before because income
dropped but at least I gained more renters and friends. As I read from one article "Embrace what
you don't know especially in the beginning, because what you don’t know can become your
greatest asset. It ensures that you will absolutely be doing things different from everybody else."
