NXS ZeroStop Instructions

ZeroStop Instructions
The ZeroStop feature on the Nightforce riflescope allows you
to find your original elevation zero quickly and accurately in Set Screw
less than ideal situations, especially if the zero is lost. You can x4

set the stop at any zero/range you prefer. You may quickly re-
turn to the zero point by moving the turret down (clockwise)
until you reach the stop point.
Follow the steps below to zero your rifle.
1. Loosen the two set screws on the elevation dial 1½ to 2 turns Turret

ward movement of the impact point. See Figure 3.

from the turret body. Due to the air tight seal created by the Assembly
O-ring inside, there may be slight resistance when removing
the turret. You should not feel any clicks when rotating the
turret. If the turret does not eventually move upward, check
to see that both set screws are backed out two full turns.

tight against the stop shoulder. You should not feel any clicks
when doing this. While holding it in that position, tighten the
4 Allen head locking screws on the Clutch Assembly evenly
in an X pattern. Do not over tighten the screws. Tighten one
screw until you feel slight resistance then move to the next
screw in the pattern and do the same for all 4 screws. Once
all 4 have been tightened to that point, repeat for all 4 screws
using the same pattern, tightening them to 4 inch pounds.
