Question 1. What do you use your phone for?
I have a mobile phone, and it is a life-saver for me. I use it to call, text for people or
entertain with many useful apps like facebook or instagram. It is actually an
indispensable item in my life.
2. What was your first mobile phone?
If my memory serves me might, my first phone was a bar phone, and its brand name was
Nokia. At that time, it was a fortune for me you know. To buy it, I had to “tighten my
belt” and saved up for a long time simply because I was a student and I lived on my tight
budget.
3. Do you often change your phones?
I do not consider myself as a techie, so I’d say that I do not often change mobile phone. I
just change the cell phone when the old one is broken or out of use. (không sử dụng được

I consider myself as a techie, so I’d say that I often change mobile phone for new
functions and features. To be honest, I am a big fan of apple products, so I always spare
no expense (không tiếc tiền) to afford them when it comes to new versons.

Describe something that helps you concentrate

What: Concentration is my kinda thing. When you are asking me about something that
helps me stay focus effectively, you probably guess that I am talking about music, a
picture or an app. However, for me, it is a technique in yoga called Mediation.
When + Where: 2 years ago, after nerve –racking time of work, I went online to
something entertaining to let my hair down. I came across a video teaching about
Medication. It inspired me a lot to be honest. You know, I consider myself as a hot
temper person and I am easily distracted by something like noises, it is a good chance for
me to give myself a try – practice this skill to improve the situation. Believe it or not, it
worked on me totally, especially on my concentration.

How: To be more specific, you may know that yoga involves in stretching actions, but
Meditation involves in regulating your breath. You don’t need to go to pagodas or
mountains to do this, you can do this skill anywhere, anytime you can. All the thing you
need is focusing on your breath and your world, forget about the surrounding things for a
while, then you can keep working effortlessly without worrying about anything else. But,
it takes years to master to tell you the truth.
Why: Talking about the reasons why I am really into this technique. As I told you, I am
easily distracted by noises, phone calls, ring bell, so to stay calm and stay focus, I often
found a clutter –free environment to work in the past. But since the day I knew about
Meditation, it helps me boost my productivity effectively. Besides, if you practice this
skill regularly, it can do wonders for your health.
