6-501.114 - MAINTAINING PREMISES, UNNECESSARY ITEMS AND LITTER
Observation: Broken freezer observed plugged in and with water and food debris in bottom. Staff indicated it has
not been in use recently. Discussed with staff that the freezer should be unplugged, cleaned and removed from
facility.
Corrective Action(s): Remove items that are unnecessary to the operation and maintenance of the food
establishment. Correct By: 01-Mar-2021
