4) Tehesin Shaikh ( Maharashtra)-

willingness to develop, organize and manage a business venture along
with any of its risks to make a profit.
5) Sruchi choudhury ( from Bihar)-:
From her point of view- “ Entrepreneurship is a business where
people’s going to set up and entrepreneurs is a person who is going to
set up with their new ideas and their culture defines their ideas is
beneficial for their society or not. Is that people will adopt ideas positive

FROM OTHERS POINT OF VIEW I COLLECTED-:

own money to start the venture” .

 Ramya Nerati ( Telengana)-:

Her point of view- “ Entrepreneurship is making one’s own path , which
becomes a guide to others businessmen. Entrepreneurship will have his
own concept and ideas who will bring these into reality.”
 My point of view is – “ Entrepreneurship initiates a new strategy of
business and open a innovative commercial path where the
entrepreneurs can get opportunities and bear the risk”.
 The experiences of they shared about entrepreneurial culture-:
1.Shreya Mukherjee-:
She shared her experiences about entrepreneurship- “Culture
consists of patterns of thinking, feelings and reacting ,
entrepreneural activity and entrepreneurship include individualism.
2) Aparajita Swain -:
From her point of view- “ Entrepreneurship culture consists of
group of people who are interested to achieve the success”.

3) Tehesin Shaikh -:
An entrepreneurial culture consists of groups of individuals who
have suppressed individual interests in an effort to achieve group
success because group success will advance their individual
interests.

3) Ramya Nerati-:
She think that – “ A place where it enhance values beliefs
behaviours , skills of entrepreneurship and also all work together to
achieve success”.
4) Sayanti Mukherjee-:
 Her point of view- “ culture is a way of living the way
people do things”.

■Entrepreneurship hindrances-:
A) clarity of goals -:
A lots of individuals start companies without clear
goals. That leads to failure. If we have clarity as
entrepreneurs so fast we have to ask question to myself;
what are my goals & what you need to ask .
B) Clear in place-:
Plans don’t have be very complicated. A lots of people
start out without a plan. Create a plan and the plan can
change along the way .
Once you have goals, once you have a plan , the next
thing you need to do is find out what skills you have.
C) Marketing -:
If you have a great marketing, but if you don’t have great
product, but if you don’t have great marketing, it’s
meaningless. If business invest in sales and marketing and
branding, it becomes an asset. That way you can
differentiate from competition, you can change a premium.
D) Look for profits in the beginning-:
A lots of people don’t look at profits and only concentrate
on profits. Lots of companies today are busy getting
customers without looking at their profit, it just doesn’t
make business sense.
2.When conducting a homework exercise for another class ( specially a case
analysis) ask yourself comprehension questions, connection questions, strategy
question and reflection questions. What impact did this have on the outcome of
the task?

Answer-: We can achieve this by asking ourselves a series of questions that relate
to – A) COMPREHENSION, B) CONNECTION, C) STRATEGY, D) REFLECTION.

A) COMPREHENSION-:
This comprehension questions are designed to increase entrepreneurs
understanding the nature of the environment before they begin to address
an entrepreneurial challenge. Change the environment or the assessment
of a opportunity exist, the nature of that situation & it’s implications.

Simply , the questions that formulate individuals to think

about comprehension include-;

 What is the problem all about? ,

 What is the market all about? ,
 What is technology used?
 What do we want to achieve? ,
 What is the question?
B) CONNECTION-:
Connection relates the current situation and compared with previously
faced and solved. Connection tasks focus on the questions like –
 How is the problem different from what I have already solved?
 How the environment is similar with other?
C) STRATEGY-:
Strategy is designed to arise entrepreneurs to think about which strategies
are appropriate for solving the problem or following the opportunities.
The questions , which can be stated as follows-
 Why we use this approach?
 What principles can I use to solve the problem?
 How can I implement the plan ?
 How can I organize the information to solve the problem?
D) Reflection-:
Reflection mean the cognitive flexibility and thoughts which is adapted by
the entrepreneurs and focus on the questions like-
 What is the changing thoughts ?
 What is innovative idea?
 How will it work?
 Is it can change the environment?

After analyzing these concepts I prefer that – entrepreneurship

culture defines the habit, actions, behaviors of each individuals to
develop the types of impact into the business and this will be
effective or not .
