outlet buy shoes, sports equipments, and other accessories related to sports)
2) Number of interfacing business processes and automated systems (For e.g. tools
and techniques used, project manager need analysis and testing requirements)

● It includes
1) Identify stakeholders affected by the change
2) Define roles and responsibilities and authority level
3) Access the shareholders influence and attitude regarding the change
4) Determine the effective ways to collaborate with them ensuring the engagement
throughout
5) Evaluate stakeholders communication needs and document them in a stakeholder
communication plan
● Techniques

1. RACI Chart

R - Responsibility
A - Accountable
C - Consulted
I - Informed

We use RACI chart while conducting the stakeholder analysis,

While planning the project, the project manager will be responsible
for the whole project and thereafter our sponsors will be
accountable for planning the project Keeping all this in mind, we
will consult the domain SMEs and after that finally we will present
our plan to the stakeholders/clients.
BA is responsible for planning the requirements and the PM is
accountable for fulfilling the requirements, then he goes to the
SMEs for consulting about the requirements and then it is finally
informed to the sponsors.
Analyze requirements
Testing the product

Use of RACI Matrix

We use the RACI matrix for stakeholders analysis

It is used to analyse the clients need to develop and deliver a
quality product in the first attempt
Through this chart we will be collecting qualitative data to
determine which stakeholders interest should be examined

2. Stakeholder Onion Diagram

We will be using the Onion diagram because we know that in an onion the most
acidic layer is the outermost, similarly while doing a stakeholder analysis we see how
the stakeholders are the most acidic. This means that they are the one's affecting the
other layers and this effect flows like a ripple which gets bigger as we get to the core
that is solutions and delivery. There's a direct relation between stakeholder's wants,
needs, requirements and the output and delivery of the service or final product i.e.
More the stakeholder's needs, requirements and demands the more acidic they are
creating a pressure on the whole process in a gradual manner and hence the output.

Application of RACI Matrix and Stakeholder Onion diagram in our project:

● According to our BA Approach, we will use an agile method because it is very flexible
and we can make changes according to the client’s needs
● RACI chart will help to mainly identify and distinguish between the roles and
responsibilities of each stakeholders.
● Onion diagram or stakeholder mapping gives us the feeling of consciousness about the
presence of external stakeholders. (example in our project: end users in our clients shop)

ANALYSIS :-
1. The outlet can really benefit from an increase in promotional activities as just word of
mouth and few pamphlets is not enough to gain competitive advantage. We can validate
it by seeing that the walk-ins needs to be more for both weekdays and weekends. The
outlet can initiate online presence for better customer relation and promotions.
2. We will also need to a survey and analysis to determine which sports goods are mostly in
demand in that particular region and which customer segment should be targeted more
than others to increase sales.
3. Current profit margin is also low. Business should have higher profit margin to make
more income out of it.
