MY FAVORITE RECIPE
I like to prepare fish and shrimp ceviche.
It is very easy to prepare and also delicious, for this we need:
• 1 pound shrimp

• 1 pound of fish

• 2 tomatoes

• 2 onions

• 6 lemons

• Coriander branches

• Salt

• Pepper

• Mustard

• Ketchup

• Patacones

First, cook the shrimp and then the fish in different containers for 3
minutes and cool.
Then chop the tomato, onion and coriander, after that add lemon, salt and
pepper and toss, next add shrimp, fish, tomato sauce and mustard to the
sauce and finally It is stirred and served with patacones or rice.
My mom prepares this dish when we meet in Manabí.
We all help!
