Company & ownership

Hawa greens is Limited Liability Company, with four of us managing owners holding an equal share of
25%. Company’s owners are Beka Sharabidze, Ivane Iosebashvili, Zuka Bakhtadze and Ninuca
Datuashvili. Owners will be involved in company’s organized set of activities and tasks, that has key role
in company’s core and directions.

Personnel

Hawa greens will be self-serviced fast food restaurant and that’s why our initial employees will include
four cashier and they will be taking turns, accountant and janitor. We think that this is enough personnel
for a fast food restaurant of the size of our own. Hawa will be open form 9 am to 10 pm so the work
hours will be around 40-42 hours a week. Since we are Fast-food restaurant we will be offering delivery
service and we plan to outsource that as we will be using both glovo and bolt as our delivery services.

CSR

Having a CSR campaign is one of the key things that company needs since it determines company’s
identity of the business. We feel responsible for our actions and towards community, that’s why we plan
to run some of different and diverse campaigns as we expand.

One of the CSR campaigns we plan to implement is at the end of every single work day the left overs we
will have will be sent to orphanage and once a month we will invite kids to our restaurant to have fun
and eat as much as they want.

Operation & Production

Companies infrastructure- We plan to establish Limited Liability Company as it its simple and low-priced
to fond and maintain. Us as owners we will be responsible for companies planning and management this
means our regular operations, marketing campaigns, dividing tasks and so on.

HR & Management-Our company will have 4 managers each of us dividing Finance, Marketing and
Management. We plan to hire accountant as none of us have experience of accounting and we don’t
want to make mistakes that will cost us money besides that we will us as administrative managements
and qualified accountant to get desirable profit.

Product- Our fast-food restaurant is a healthy salad bar where we will provide lettuce, chopped
tomatoes, assorted raw, sliced vegetables (such as cucumbers, carrots, celery, olives and green or red
bell peppers), dried bread croutons, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and various types of salad dressing
but it is important to say that we will also have food like cooked cold meats, (turkey, chicken, ham, or
tuna), cooked beans (e.g., chick peas, garbanzo beans or kidney beans), boiled eggs, cottage cheese, cold
pasta salads, tortilla chips, bread rolls, soup, and fresh cut fruit slices.

Procurement- We plan to purchase all the equipment necessary for operations including portable salad
bars, portable work tables, ovens, fridges and other equipment. And to add one of the owners has 2000
acers of land where we can produce our products.
