Year 1 Enroll in BSN program

Year 2 Finish residency program and become a preceptor at my place of employment

Year 3 Obtain my BSN, prepare for CEN certification,

Year 4 Enroll in MSN program, obtain job as clinical instructor at local colleges

Year 5 Continue to take classes for MSN and test for CEN
