    Dear Tenant,

    Subject: Notice to vacate for non-payment of rent

    As per the terms of the contract of lease, you are required to pay the rent on
    every end 28th of the month. However, it seems that you have violated said
    provisions and defaulted paying the rent for the property located at Block ___
    lot___ Beverly Homes, Loma De Gato II, Prenza, Marilao, Bulacan. You
    have failed to pay the rent for the month of August, September, and October
    2020 which brings your arrears amounting to P 15,000.00.

    You are thus, being asked to vacate the rental property within the next 30
    days. A Landlord & Tenant Complaint shall be filed against you in case you do
    not move out of the rental property by the end of the notice period.
