This study examined the effect of work facilities, compensation, and self-efficacy on job satisfaction among 114 contract employees at Condong Catur Hospital in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The researcher found that (1) work facilities, (2) compensation, and (3) self-efficacy each had a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Additionally, when combined, work facilities, compensation, and self-efficacy explained 48.8% of the variation in employee job satisfaction.

This research is categorized as survey research based on questionnaires. The population in this study is all of the contract employees at Condong Catur Hospital Yogyakarta. The data retrieval was conducted in August-September 2020. As many as 114 employees sample collected using slovin formulas and analizing the data using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS 21.0 software. The results showed that: (1) Work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employees job satisfaction, (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employees job satisfaction, (3) Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employees job satisfaction, (4) Work facilities, compensation, and self efficacy have a direct influence on employee job satisfaction. The value of R 2 of 0.488 is 48.8% which means the variation in employee job satisfaction at Condong Catur Hospital Yogyakarta is influenced by a variation in work facilities, compensation, and self efficacy of 48.8%, while the remaining 51.2% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.
