AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

I, MARGOT B. PUTIN, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident

of Brgy. St, Michael, Palo, Leyte, after being first sworn according to law,
do hereby depose and state: THAT---

1. I am the mother of VLADIMIR B. PUTIN, who was born on

14 FEBRUARY 2002 in Palo, Leyte.

2. I am giving my consent to my son VLADIMIR B. PUTIN to

travel to Oppa, South Korea, for the period December 1-15, 2019 for the
Culture and Language Exposure school activity.

3. My daughter will be accompanied by DR. HITLER ROBBIE,

College President in the duration of the travel in South Korea.

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the facts

aforecited and for the purpose of giving my consent for the travel of my son
VLADIMIR B. PUTIN to South Korea on December 1-15, 2019.
