1. After I read about the contents of the entrepreneurs vs. businesspersons, what I love about all
the characteristics was the entrepreneurs could attribute as it gives a person good values and a
broad mind that can help in success. Therefore, to choose characteristics below I choose the
entrepreneurs give and receive correction. why? Because it is, a better way of letting others be
motivated to learn without hurting their feelings. With this way of telling, a person he/she is
wrong you let learners focused on what they want to achieve because if you shout and scold
them they might take your word personally and bring them upset thus distracting themselves on
what they really going to do next time.

2. They say that businessmen differs from entrepreneurs think or have their idea. Yes, they might
differ in such a way but I think that their differences is not a disadvantage and a good way of
learning from each other. Common perception on businessmen might be to sell a product, focus
on sales or many turnovers and entrepreneurs people think about them might be a better
decision maker, more creative on business, innovative or saying they are better than
businessmen. Then if you want to become a businessperson, you’ll need entrepreneurial traits
and if you want to be a good entrepreneur you’ll need businessman traits. Their characteristics
differ but overlap in so many ways and the best thing to do is to learn them both because today
the best entrepreneurs are usually the best businessmen and the best businessmen are usually
the best entrepreneurs.
