With reference to the Loan Agreement No ______________________________(hereinafter referred to

as “Loan Agreement”) entered into between me and Toyota Financial Services India Limited (Hereinafter
TFSIN) on the below mentioned date, I hereby agree, undertake and authorize TFSIN to collect the
repayment under the Loan agreement through Automated Clearing House (ACH) Service based on the
details in the mandate for ACH submitted by me.

I further agree and understand that wherever the Loan Agreement refers to the mode of payment as
PDC or ECS, it shall also deem to include ACH as a mode of Payment.

This authorization and undertaking shall be in addition to and not withstanding anything contained in
the Loan agreement
