The Farmer and the Crane


There once was a farmer who was very worried about the crop on his farm as they were getting
eaten by the birds. So, he laid a trap for the birds. The next day he managed to catch a flock of
birds. Among these birds was a crane.
The crane begged the farmer to let him go. The farmer replied “You have been found with these
birds who were eating my crops. So, I will not let you go.”
Moral of the story: Bad company is harmful.
