QUESTION NUMBER 3.
“Do good and avoid evil” is one of the many foundation of morality that i believe.
Being a teacher, mother and an individual this ethics guides me to choose the actions
needed in every situation to promote life, and happiness all the time. To know what is
right we need to know the basic principles in life and to think rationally in every situation.
Always remember that choosing to do good means choosing something that is good to
do.
Every individual has a fair share of evilness in the heart or in their personality. So
one of the biggest question that needs answer is, how we can avoid evil? For me first
and foremost is too seek guidance to our God, He is the one who always guide us in our
everyday life. He may give us challenges in life but these challenges will be our test to
be better individual for our family and to the society. Always seek for guidance and
wisdom to our God because he will never fails us. Another is to be rational in every
situation that we are in, don’t make decisions that you will regret. Don’t make decisions
when you are angry because it will affect your rationality in every situation. Trying to
achieve something good by doing something bad is never the right thing to do. Maybe
there are situations that you need to be bad but it is always up to us if we are going to
be bad or to be good individuals. Choosing a bad moral object is always bad, no matter
Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race
or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others. Always
remember that we must treat people the way we want to be treated is one of the biggest
indicators that you are human in the sense that you see goodness in other people.
Always see goodness in every individual that you meet. Be understanding and always
see the both sides of story. Don’t judge people on how they dress, how they speak, and
their family. Be nice to everyone and show kindness especially to those people who
needed it. Always show respect to every person that we meet whether he is a President
or a janitor in an area. Everyone has their own story and it is not your story to tell.
Always choose a morally good object for the sake of a morally good end. Being a
good person is not hard, but it doesn’t just happen. As much as anything else, you have
to be a good person and make choices that correspond with your beliefs. No matter
where you are in your life. Good decision always results good outcome.
