A: ok class, today we will learn about routine. I want you to recall your routines. Before
anything, do you know what is routines?

C: things you do daily maam

A: yups, nice answer. When you wake up u should praying first. Then what you do when you
will go to sleep?
B: umm.. Playing tik tok i guess?
C: im on my phone until i fell asleep maam
A: ok, now listen here. You souldn't do that when you going to sleep, that's bad. You can't
on your phone when you going to sleep you will sleep so late. And thats bad for your health.
You need energy for tomorrow so you should not sleep late night. 10.00 pm was the time
where you should already fell asleep. Remember to not sleep late, understand?
