REQUIREMENTS THAT ARE YET TO BE SUBMITTED
SUBMISSION OF REVISED PLANS
During the process of Building Permit Application, Office of the Building Official the project designer to
change the roofing system of the upper roof deck in order to comply with imitations set by the local
building regulations. Hence, Sunly Properties is being required to submit revised plans.

Last January 9, 2020, Sunly Properties proposed for the reorientation of Foundation Profile due to site
condition. The proposal was immediately approved by Engr. Benjie Reyes of RSCaparros- Structural
Designer of the project.

Both matters mentioned above were discussed last January 14, 2020, during the Design Coordination
Meeting attended by Sunly Properties, AIDEA (Architectural Design Consultant), JJE – (Mechanical,
Plumbing and Fire Protection Consultant), and Albert Manla Consultancy Engineering – Electrical
Designer. All of the designers acknowledged the changes.

At this moment, Sunly is waiting for the revised plans which shall be given by the project designers.
