- A Burning Business Need​
- Data growth and cost is out of control: need to scale​
- Data quality & governance requirements: regulatory compliance, data security​
- Data democratization: self-service data shopping and preparation for analysts​
• Potentially a 6-figure annual subscription​ if bundled with Qlik Data Catalyst
- Minimum $40k/ year ($100k / year​ if bundled with Qlik Data Catalyst)
- Target $50 – 75k subscription + services (required)​
- Potential to grow to $100k+ annual based on data growth​
• English-only GUI​

QABDI Target Partner Profile
1. Expertise in Big Data technologies (i.e. Hadoop, Ambari, Hive, Sqoop, Pig, NoSQL, Flume,
Spark)
2. Experience with Big Data sources/storage (i.e. Linux FS, HDFS, Amazon S3 or Amazon
EFS)
3. Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes management in production environments
4. Docker/Kubernetes certified
5. Experience running data loads in Hadoop for large enterprises
6. Architecture knowledge to address hybrid scenarios
7. Established partnership with Big Data main players (i.e. Cloudera, AWS, Microsoft Azure,
MongoDB, etc.)
8. Operational excellence and solid global support organization
9. Qlik Partnership level: Select or Elite only
10. Partners already working to implement QSE for Kubernetes and/or with customers already
using ODAG in production is a big plus

QABDI Target Partner Roles/Skills
• Required minimum roles and skills are:

1. Linux/Kubernetes Administrator: expertise (certification level) on Linux an Kubernetes, storage,

scalability/elasticity

2. QSE Administrator: certified QSE Administrator (i.e. multimode, hybrid, QSE for Kubernetes, Linux, Docker
(basic level))

3. Qlik Sense developer/architect: certified developer on QSE, ODAG and QABDI hands on practice

4. Security architect: manage Transport Level security (TLS) and role based access control (RBAC)

5. Customer onboarding/Success Manager: responsible for making the QSE for Kubernetes deployments as
successful as possible

6. Tech Support: Ideally 24x7x365, other wise 24x7 during business hours

7. IT Infrastructure (potentially) : providing the environments needed
