MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
• All main frames are built-up sections made of steel (St 52) ( Fy=3.60 t/cm2 ,
Fu=5.20 t/cm2).
• All roof purlins and wall girts are cold formed sections made of steel (St 52) (
Fy=3.60 t/cm2 ,Fu=5.20 t/cm2).
• All Bracing elements (horizontal and vertical) are hot rolled sections made of
steel (St 37) ( Fy=2.40 t/cm2 ,Fu=3.60 t/cm2).

DESIGN CODES:
• Egyptian Code of Practice for Steel Construction and Bridges (ECP 2005).
• Egyptian Code for Calculation of Loads and Forces in Structural Works
and Buildings (ECP 1993).
