SOLUTIONS FOR VERTICAL BUILDINGS
The climbing system allows to assemble and disassemble a set of panels joined
together, covering large format areas to be hoisted by crane.

The fixing of the wall panels is done using conventional pins and wedges or screws and
as wall separators, flat ties are used that allow their removal without the need to
decouple.
The set uses two upper and lower horizontal aligners to guarantee walls without
deformations. These aligners are linked to the assembly with high strength locking
screws.
GANG SYSTEM
 Increase productivity.
 Reduce labor.
 Get better quality in repetitive projects.
 Joint reduction minimizes loose fittings and reduces resas by having fewer ties.

TREPANTE ANDAMIO

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION BOXES

The boxes for electrical connections of a building are of the

utmost importance, since within these run all the wires and
cables necessary for the proper functioning of the electrical
equipment of the house.

There are different types of boxes, the differences are based on

their use, application and place where it is installed, then we
will mention some:

STANDARD PVC:
METHODS
EXCLUSIVE PVC FOR CONCRETE WALLS (self-extinguishing
PVC in case of fire)

In the process of installing the electrical

boxes, FORSA recommends taking into account the following
uses and care:

When locating the electrical box, it is important to ensure that

it has a correct fixation to the reinforcement meshes, using at
least very firm wire.

If open or hollow boxes are used, they must be sealed (to avoid
the entry of concrete or cement paste) with easily removable
materials (polystyrene, paper or cardboard, etc.).
For a better location within the wall, the box must have a
suitable backrest that prevents it from moving when emptying
and vibrating the concrete, guaranteeing a good finish flush
with the wall and without having to chop the concrete to find
the location of the box later.

We see in the boxes of the image that already have dividers

that guarantee the flush with the face of the wall and also have
lids to prevent the entry of cement paste .

Always use the correct accessories and complete systems that

come with the pipes; On many occasions, attempts are made to
save on this type of materials and the correct functioning and
useful life of the installation is put at risk (eg, heating sections
of PVC pipe to generate curves at 45 ° and 90 °, the material is
weakened and compromised the specified diameter for that
tube).
What type of electrical box is right for your need?

FORSA recommends checking with the supplier of the boxes,

which are the ones that will have the best performance when
they are embedded in walls and define the material that
guarantees that the boxes will not lose their geometry or yield
to the pressures of emptying.

They must be rough and not superimpose when working on

hollow brick partitions. If possible, use boxes designed
exclusively for concrete wall systems.

CONCLUSIONS

An adequate fixation of the boxes, correctly located and firm, with backs
so that they are not “swallowed” and well sealed, are the guarantor of
not having to repeat tasks or generate cost overruns in works. Similarly,
there must be a minimum of supervision and adequate receipt of these
elements by the professional in charge of the work.

An important point is not to skimp when it comes to choosing a correct

material that has the required useful life: that supports both the
construction stages and the use of the home, without deterioration in its
functionality. Find systems already created to attend the facilities in an
industrialized way and leave the conventional ones that always tend to
be handmade.

THERMAL ISOLATION

An inconvenience that sometimes occurs when building a project

is the exchange of energy that the house faces with the outside
environment. In places of the world where different types of
stations are presented, the temperature can affect the interior of
the house preventing you from enjoying it.

At the time of building a project, there is a technique used to solve

this problem and it is thermal insulation; Its effectiveness is
focused on the energy saving that goes between 50% and 80%
depending on the climatic zone where the house is located,
currently the excessive use of air conditioning or heating
significantly affects the environment and in turn household
economy increasing expenses in electricity.
For this reason, thermal insulation is an excellent option to improve
the quality of housing by offering comfort temperature and
economy.
A country that cares about having this solution is Mexico, since it
offers housing subsidies to projects that are well qualified in terms
of their energy efficiency.

In the case of Venezuela, it was used largely in the Maracaibo

area due to the high temperatures and in Spain during the winter
season.
Another benefit of thermal insulation is its ability to absorb noise, in
turn serving as an acoustic insulation since it has fibers that
dampen sound, it also has a good behavior against fire offering
greater security to the home.

So how can thermal insulation be achieved in the home?

Projects that are constructed with concrete are more exposed to
having an imbalance of temperature inside the structure due to its
high transmittance of thermal waves, so it is important to use a
porous element that deflects the wave avoiding the passage of
heat or cold to the construction, at the time of building the wall
adheres a material similar to the icopor
called polystyrene, depending on the construction system to be
used it is attached above or below the concrete wall and to the
slab.
In the case of masonry construction, the brick is a natural
temperature insulator because it has holes that evade the waves.
There are several ways to use thermal insulation in two different
stages:
First stage: the insulation can be fixed inside the concrete wall
(embedded), in the center or in the external parts as shown in the
image.

Another way is with the form set, fixed to the concrete wall or slab.
Second stage: it happens when the concrete melts and after the
release the adhesion of the insulation is carried out. This step is
the most used.
In the case of Chile and Uruguay, our clients prefer to perform the
adhesion of the insulation in the second stage and to generate a
sensation of hardness in the wall; fixation of the clogged
polystyrene is performed and a layer of drywall is placed on top.

The reasons why they use this technique in Chile are due to the
different climatic seasons that they have, or in other cases when
the house is at sea level and the insulation must be implemented
so that the concrete does not heat or not It cooled.
