Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
Everything has started by being competence in what I do, being competent
doesn’t guarantee money or fame, but if the reputation in the trade.

Then the challenges, which may have motivated me to fight with other peopleo in
different areas of life to compete for something.

Obviously there must be interest in something, it is already fundamental to

doggedly pursue an idea. Otherwise it would disinterested.

Lifestyle should be fundamental to you, as you struggle to have a lifestyle

whatever it is, you struggle to get ir, by being a certain way, and mostly by not
being like yo don’t want to be.

There must be a variety of idea, resources and concepts in everything you do,
since repeating the same thing would cause one to become obsolete.

The recognition is there, but if one is simple and humble doesn’t care, because ir
is transient.

Relationships are necessary among human beings, since from them alliances
are formed to achieve common goals, which otherwise would be difficult to ahieve.

You most have security in everthing you do to undertake to do, to get involved in
something, and more than everything has in god and in yourself as maximum,
since you look for it in others, you will end up failing.

Being independent is sometime good, and helps as a motivador, you know what
you have, what you can invest, and sometimes you can reach the goal in solitude.

Money has never been my motivation even if I have had financialdifficulties! with
money we can aspire to live a better life but I donot feel satisfiedbeing rich! It
seems absurd and insulting toaccumulate material wealth!
