UNDERTAKING

Valenzuela City, after having been sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

That I am the Corporate Secretary of K-ONE METAL FORMING AND SERVICES, INC. (“the
Corporation, for short”) with office address at 28 F. Lazaro Street, Canumay West, Valenzuela
City;

That the Corporation will comply with the duty to preserve and maintain records for a
period of ten (10) years for all our importation with the Bureau of Customs pursuant to RMO-
2014-10 of the BIR and DO-012-2014 of the Department of Finance;

That the Corporation will allow access to examination by the Bureau of Internal Revenue
(BIR), Bureau of Customs (BOC) and the Department of Finance-Fiscal Intelligence Unit (DOF-
FIU).

I am executing this Undertaking to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
