What Will We Do on The Moon?

We are on a mission
Here on the moon,
We explore places where light is not seen
Bring people from all over the world,
Only to realize we are family
The moon is a lonely place,
But we are preparing the moon for newcomers
People to make the moon like our home.

Oh, the things we accomplish

The moon is now a workshop,
A docking place for expeditions further than this satellite
A Truckstop for the rockets
Oh, the things we learn
The history of the crater filled rock,
Not too different from the solar systems’

The moon is not just a rock

Not just where Neil Armstrong's footprints are
But a museum
A resource
A new territory
