REACTION PAPER

Today I can gladly say that my learning goals were well met. I now have clear understanding of
statistical application and now I realize how to utilize minitab software  in helping analysing data. Much
of the time, it is hard to gather information on an entire population. In such manner, I have gotten
essential skills in sampling techniques. I have skills to analyse data from a sample and make conclusion
with respect to the whole population by utilizing statistical probabilities and test of hypothesis. In
hypothesis testing, one tries to establish whether the outcomes of a certain study are due to chance or
identifiable cause. Knowledge in application of significance level, critical value, degrees of freedom and
p-value is used. One has to be able to formulate the null and the alternative hypotheses.

I hoped to attain by pursuing this cause have been well achieved. Am now able to design
experiments as well as collect, analyze and interpret data. I can apply this knowledge in real life situations
and draw conclusions that will help find solutions to some problems. This course has given me energy to
pursue further knowledge in statistics.

Improving online learning on this subject is just to stay updated, and continue learning. If there’s
something that you forgot on how to solve it again , you can play the videos that are posted. Never stop
solving, through this you will learn a lot in statistical analysis. But it’s better to post examples on how to
analyse data before we can solve quizzes and assignments. Because we’re not really familiar of this, we
are still learning too.

I hope our proffesor will consider his/her students that we have lacking too like gadgets, poor
internet connection and resources. We want to learn a lot but of these lacking we can’t be able to cope up
everything so we’re just relying resources that we have.
