     Because the information came from their customer data warehouse, it appears their
    customers became participants to their research without their consent.
     In general, research must be designed so that a participant does not suffer physical harm,
    discomfort, pain, embarrassment, or LOSS OF PRIVACY.
     Effect of this will be the Supply Co will lose its customers due to lack of faith in
    management practices.
     Similar to Facebook, in a way, you data stored in your accounts is used to produce
    statistics on various projects and decisions.
