Henceforth, all Circles/Divisions offices of PWD, Delhi shall submit Vigilance Clearance requests to O/o E-in-C, PWD for onward submission to PWD, Secretariat iter verification of service record in order to minimize the time of verification of ‘articulars with all the relevant documents/enclosures stipulated by DOV, GNCTD All Circle/Division offices are, therefore, requested to follow the above guidelines strictly while sending the cases of vigilance clearance. No vigilance clearance request will be entertained directly from Circles/Divisions offices.
