Job Summary:
Children of tender age, those who are between 5 to 12 are students of a primary school teacher.
The teacher have immense responsibility of both physically and mentaly educate the children.
English is today’s world have become a very important tool so if the foundation of it is not stong
then that student wiil never be good at English. So communication English and grammatical
English both have to be taught.

Scope and impact of the job:

Building Foundation: One of the most important tool of today is English thus the foundation of
this have to be storng. Only a primacry school teacher can play this role.

Hvaing an Impact: Children are the future of our world. They get influenced by their teachers. So
this is a golden opportunity a leave a powerful imapact on these children.

Helping Building Character: Just teaching students bookish knowledge is not primary school
teacher job. They have to teach student between right and wrong. They have help build their
moral code. They have to teach students about behavior.

Job Description Of A Primary School Teacher


Required knowledge and experience:
Related work experience: Teaching experience in education sector is preferred. Minimum one
year of experience with a primary school.

Formal education: Minimum graduation in English Literature. Masters will be preffered for the
job.

Skills: Must be responsible, creative, caring and active.

Others: Commucation skills like extrovert personality and having patience to cope with children.

Job responsibility:

 Teaching basic communication and grammatical English.


 Taking responsibility for the calss.
 Organizing the classroom and giving learning resources and creating
displays to encourage a positive learning environment.
 Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that can be understood by the
whole class easily.
 Eenthusiasm, imaginationon should be encouraged.
 Teaching discipline.
 Preparing and marking enviroment to facilitate positive student
development.
 Completing syllabus and recording of student development.
 Giving feedback to parents.
 Coordinating activities and resources in a way that serves the students in
the best way.
 Teaching students team work by perfroming team work.
 Keeping up to date with changes and developments in outside world.
 Ogranizing and taking part in school events, outings and activities which
may take place at weekends or in the evening.
