PARTITION AGREEMENT

This Partition Agreement is made and executed by and between:

LEONARDO PELLOS VILLA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married to MARCIANA COLADA VILLA,
of legal age, Filipino citizen with residence and postal address at Brgy. Cabezas, Trece Martires City, Cavite;

FELIPE PELLOS COLADA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married to VIRGINIA A. GUBIO, of legal
age, Filipino citizen with residence and postal address at Brgy. Cabezas, Trece Martires City, Cavite;

CRESENCIA PELLOS COLADA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, widow, with residence and postal
address at Brgy. Cabezas, Trece Martires City, Cavite;

EMILIANA PELLOS COLADA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married to CIRPIANO ILAGAN, of legal
age, Filipino citizen with residence and postal address at Brgy. Cabezas, Trece Martires City, Cavite;

QUIRINO PELLOS COLADA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married to MENA ESCALLAR, of legal
age, Filipino citizen with residence and postal address at Brgy. Cabezas, Trece Martires City, Cavite;

GERONIMO PELLOS COLADA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married to ZENAIDA PRIETO, of legal
age, Filipino citizen with residence and postal address at Brgy. Cabezas, Trece Martires City, Cavite;

AMBROCIA PELLOS COLADA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, widow, with residence and postal
address at Brgy. Cabezas, Trece Martires City, Cavite;

SOLANO PELLOS COLADA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married to LUCY LEACHON, of legal
age, Filipino citizen with residence and postal address at Brgy. Cabezas, Trece Martires City, Cavite;

-WITNESSETH –

WHEREAS, the PARTIES are the registered co-owners of a real property situated at Trece Martires
City, Cavite, with an area of Twenty Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Three (22,323) square meters,
under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 077-2020004274 issued by Registry of Deeds for Trece Martires City;

WHEREAS, for the purposes of individually enjoying real property rights the parties hereto
voluntarily agreed to partition among themselves the above-said property in hereunder manner :

o The portion of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety (2,790) Square Meters described
under Technical Description Lot No. 3663-B-1 of Subdivision Plan (LRA) PSD-
E2018000781, Portion of Lot 3663-B (LRA) PSD-359254 in favour of LEONARDO PELLOS
VILLA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married to MARCIANA COLADA VILLA, of legal age,
Filipino citizen with residence and postal address at Brgy. Cabezas, Trece Martires City,
Cavite;

o The portion of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety (2,790) Square Meters described
under Technical Description Lot No. 3663-B-2 of Subdivision Plan (LRA) PSD-
E2018000781, Portion of Lot 3663-B (LRA) PSD-359254 in favour of FELIPE LEONARDO
PELLOS VILLA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married to VIRGINIA A. GUBIO, of legal age,
Filipino citizen with residence and postal address at Brgy. Cabezas, Trece Martires City,
Cavite;

o The portion of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety (2,790) Square Meters described

o The portion of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Three (2,793) Square Meters
described under Technical Description Lot No. 3663-B-8 of Subdivision Plan (LRA) PSD-
E2018000781, Portion of Lot 3663-B (LRA) PSD-359254 in favour of SOLANO PELLOS
VILLA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married to LUCY LEACHON, of legal age, Filipino
citizen with residence and postal address at Brgy. Cabezas, Trece Martires City, Cavite;

WHEREAS, the parties hereby affirm that they have executed this instrument in good faith and
shall respect the agreement set-forth.

WHEREAS, the parties hereto being all of legal ages with full civil capacity to contract ,have
mutually, voluntarily, and spontaneously agreed as they hereby agree to the partition and distribute
themselves in the manner above-specified.

WHEREAS, the parties hereto do hereby by these presents accept their respective shares as
above-stated and further warrant to each other the title to the same against lawful claims of any person
whatsoever.

NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing considerations, the parties hereto signify by
signing their respective hands that they fully understood the foregoing terms and conditions and
legally bind themselves to the foregoing covenants on this ______ day of ______ at Trece Martires
City, Cavite.
