Sr. Position Major Responsibilities Overlook the entire credit underwriting process of deals emanating from C8IBG including structured finance deals (Syndications, Mergers and Acquisitions, Leverage Divisional Head — | 5uyou's and Project Finance ete), liaising wth Corporate, Investment Banking, Islamic 4) | corsccsia and Fl Divisions for preparation and review of credit proposals, and monitoring ofthe lending portfolio. Ensure thorough due diligence is being conducted for all such FIRisk transactions elevated to RMG. Provide recommendations and credit structuring advice on Corporate, Syndication and Infra-structure Project Finance related credit proposals both at an initial and at final stage along with ensuring post disbursement monitoring, Overtook whole chain of processing of credit underwriting related to SE, ME. Agriculture, Commercial, Consumer and Program lending. Liaising with Retail Lending Divisional Head- | Group unit in preparation and review of credit proposals and monitoring of the loans 2. | Commercial & during the sanctioned tenure. Ensure thorough due diligence is being conducted for al Retail Risk such transactions elevated to RMG. Providing final set of recommendations and credit structuring advice on the concerned units eredit proposals, both at an inital stage and final stage along with ensuring post disbursement efficient monitoring Responsible for the overall Enterprise-wide risks and governance, through integration of policies and procedures, risk management tools etc. Should have hands on Divisional Head— | ‘nowledge of Enterprise Risk Management tools and pects bal aid in managing / ae minimising risks according to regulatory best practices and BASEL framework 5. | Enterprise Risk Developing and implementing strategies, policies and product manuals to ensure that & Governance these are provided in an effective and efficient manner to support the strategic aims and business activities of the bank. Working knowledge of Information Security Risks is also an added advantage. Developing and delivering an effective and robust research methodology and reporting mechanism. The role requires the skill set to provide fundamental economic research Divisional Head- | and analysis to support management in developing effective business strategy. 4. | Risk Analytics & | Conducting in depth portfolio management of Bank's portfolio (Assets & Liabilities) that Chief Economist | @idin the decision making process at Bank level committees such as ALCO. The role fequires strong analytical skills with an in-depth knowledge of risk management tools and standards.
