Climate is the atmospheric behavior at a specific location over a long period of time.
Temperature- it is the measure of hotness or coldness that can be expressed in Fahrenheit, Celsius, or
Kelvin.
Atmospheric pressure- it is the force exerted by the mass of atmosphere as the gravity pulls it down the
earth’s surface.
Wind- it is a moving air caused by uneven air pressure within the atmosphere because of sun’s heat and
earth’s rotation movements.
Precipitation- it is the liquid and solid water forms in the atmosphere that falls from the cloud.
Weather and climate both refer to the atmospheric conditions at a specific location. On the other hand,
weather refers to the atmospheric behavior over a short period of time at a given area while climate
refers to a long-term weather condition of a given area. Thus, climate is time-dependent while weather
can change over a minute, hour or day.
